6.1 We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
7. Weather Conditions:
7.1 Services may be affected by weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and the quality of the service.
8. Customer Responsibilities:
8.1 The Customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable location for the service to be performed, including adequate space and access to water and power.
