Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or other communication channels. While we endeavor to accommodate your preferred date and time, availability is subject to change. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payment: Pricing for our services will be provided upon request or displayed on our website, with variations based on the vehicle's size and condition. Payment is due upon completion of the service and can be made through cash, credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Vehicle Condition: The Customer agrees to furnish accurate information about the vehicle's condition and any specific concerns beforehand. The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed issues with the vehicle. Any undisclosed information about the condition of the vehicle will incur additional costs.
Liability: While exercising reasonable care during services, the Company assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss incurred. The Customer must remove or secure any valuable or sensitive items from the vehicle before the service, with the Company not liable for any loss or damage to such items.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We aim to deliver high-quality services. If any aspect of the service falls short of expectations, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
Weather Conditions: Service delivery may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In such instances, appointments may need to be rescheduled for the safety of our staff and the service's quality.
Customer Responsibilities: The Customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable location for the service, including adequate space and access to water and power. The Customer is also responsible for removing car seat covers and debris from the vehicle prior to the service.
